For other specially modified and fluorescent labeled oligos, the turnaround time is 5 business days. Oligos are synthesized on different scales (quantity), such as a 50nm (small scale, nm = nanomoles), 200 nm (medium scale), 1000 nm (large scale), thus having different prices according to the quantity. These products can also be further purified either by Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (PAGE) or by reversed phase cartridge System (RPC) according to customer's request. Each final product is either machine grade, modified, and/or purified. It will be shipped to the customer in shipping tubes, either lyophilized or in 200 ul water or as per customer's request. A comprehensive synthesis report with data analysis specific to each oligo along with  its authenticity will be shipped with the product. Each shipping tube containing the product will have a label with all the information specific to each oligo which will help in storing and locating the oligo efficiently. Purity Assessment and Plan of Action Oligonet offers a broad range of high quality custom made oligo products. The products are synthesized with stringent specification and are extensively monitored while synthesizing to ensure purity, accuracy, performance, and efficiency across a broad range of applications. Each scale quantitation of a single stranded DNA will be determined by a UV spectrometer. Purity of the oligo will be analyzed on a mini-gel system. Synthesis of each oligo is monitored carefully, coupling and tritylation, and Oligonet ensures that all oligos meet all of the above mentioned criteria.     Adhere to mission oriented stringent protocols.
